Changing your Apple ID region using your iPhone or iPad
Step 1:
In Safari, enter account.apple.com to access the account login page. After logging in to your Apple ID, tap "Apple Account" to view your personal information.
Step 2:
Click the Personal Information button, enter the Country or Region settings, and click Change Country or Region.
Step 3:
Select an available region for Country or Region. Select None for Payment Method. You can enter any combination of numbers and letters for the billing address and shipping address. We recommend California for the city and 80403 for the zip code. Select the United States for the shipping address.
After completing the settings, click Update to complete the region switch.
